Gate Solar is the fruit of an agreement between Banco Guipuzcoano and Guascor Grup for the promotion, exploitation and sale of Photovoltaic Solar Power Plants. Thanks to this joint venture, both companies have moved to the forefront of solar power development on a national level.

Photovoltaic solar energy enables significant savings to be made on fossil fuel energy and major lowering of CO2 emissions. That is the reason why it is acknowledged as the preferential energy for the development on a global scale, clearly in tune with the Kyoto Protocol.
